Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please email us at info@pluscards.co.uk as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on destination.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally with tracked delivery. Duties and taxes are included at checkout, so you won’t have extra charges upon delivery.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.

Q: Are your cards authentic?
Absolutely. All of our trading cards are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers and distributors.
Q: Do you sell sealed products, singles, or both?
We stock a curated mix of both — from booster boxes and sealed sets to individual rare and collectible singles.
Q: A product I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Popular items often sell quickly. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us to ask about availability.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Q: Can I return opened packs or used cards?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened or used items due to the collectible nature of our products.
📦 Pre-Orders
Q: Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Pre-orders are available for upcoming releases. Estimated release dates are shown on the product page.
Q: When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the release date, depending on supplier delivery. You'll be notified as soon as it's on the way.
