1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging (including an outer shipping box for protection).

  • Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be refused.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. How to Return an Item

  • The reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we may decline the return or offer limited resolution.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds:
    Eligible returns (non-sale and not purchased using a promotional code) will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • A description (and photos, if possible) of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
